AI Output Disclaimer
HAMRA provides career suggestions, not guarantees.
Our AI-generated insights (personality profiles, career recommendations, interview feedback) are meant to guide your career journey, not dictate it. You are solely responsible for your career decisions.
AI analysis is indicative, not definitive.
Personality analysis from photos is based on visual cues and AI interpretation. It reflects potential professional traits, not your complete identity. Human personality is complex and cannot be fully captured by AI.
User Responsibilities
By using HAMRA, you agree to:
- ✓Upload only your own photos: Do not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.
- ✓Provide accurate information: Do not fabricate work experience, education, or skills. Misrepresentation harms your career prospects.
- ✓Use for lawful purposes only: Do not use HAMRA for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
- ✓Respect intellectual property: Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI systems or content.
Eligibility
Minimum Age: 16 years
You must be at least 16 years old to use HAMRA. If you are under 18, you should use our service with parental guidance. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- •Violate these Terms of Service
- •Upload inappropriate or offensive content
- •Attempt to abuse, manipulate, or overload our systems
- •Engage in fraudulent payment activities
- •Use the service to harass or harm others
You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Refund Policy
7-Day Refund
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your Pro subscription purchase, no questions asked. Just email us at support@hamra.com.
After 7 Days
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or service unavailability.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- •HAMRA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- •We are not liable for any career decisions you make based on our AI suggestions.
- •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
- •We are not responsible for third-party services (Supabase, Google, Razorpay) outages or data breaches beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of HAMRA after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
