How the Application Co-pilot works
Once installed, the extension recognizes application forms on supported job sites and fills them from your HAMRA profile — name, contact details, work history, and answers to common screening questions — and can attach a resume tailored to that specific role. It works across major applicant tracking systems and boards, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, and iCIMS, so you stop retyping the same information on every application.
You stay in control
The Co-pilot is built to be safe, not spammy. Auto-submit is off by default — it prepares each application and you give the final yes. Applications go out at human pace with per-site limits, so your accounts are never hit with a detectable burst. You review every field before anything is sent.
Privacy
The extension reads a page only to fill it, uses your profile data solely to complete applications you initiate, and never sells or shares it. You can disconnect it at any time from the extension or your account settings.
