What you'll do:

• Lead and coordinate Parallel Wireless team efforts on delivering technical projects involving 4G, 5G, OpenRAN, and other radio communication technologies.

• Support a variety of customers, including the UK Government.

• Collaborate with product management, engineering and cross-functional teams to:

•

• develop and document product requirements to meet end-user specifications

• drive specific product requirements into the wider PW technology roadmap

• review product gates, milestones and release plans and align with project delivery plans

• coordinate technical documentation for all phases of solution delivery

• Develop, implement and manage project plans for the delivery of complex technical solutions, track progress and implement reporting methods.

• Collaborate with Customer teams to define and implement joint operating models and governance frameworks for project delivery.

• Support business process development and implementation for managing product lifecycles, including development, delivery, order fulfilment and operations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage internal and external stakeholder communications and reporting.

What you must have:

• Extensive experience in project management and team leadership in a matrix organization.

• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder communication at a senior level.

• Technical background in RAN solutions engineering, implementation and operation.

• Experience of running complex technology implementation programs.

• Experience of managing new product introductions.

• Strong technical skills with an interest in communications engineering.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to produce structured and high-quality reports at executive and operational levels.
