About Flow
Flow Engineering is an AI-native requirements platform for modern engineering organizations, enabling hardware teams to collaborate with AI agents to design, validate, and evolve complex systems with speed and rigor.
About the role
Flow is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to build the demand engine behind our go-to-market. You will own how engineering leaders in aerospace, defense, automotive, and adjacent industries discover Flow, and you will turn that awareness into qualified pipeline.
What you'll do
• Own pipeline: set demand generation targets alongside sales and leadership, then build and run the programs to hit them.
• Build a repeatable inbound motion across content, search, paid, email, and web, with honest attribution from first touch to closed won.
• Run account-based campaigns against a defined list of hardware engineering organizations, working shoulder to shoulder with founder-led and early enterprise sales.
• Develop messaging and positioning for a technical audience of systems engineers, program managers, and engineering executives, then test it until it lands.
• Treat the website as a conversion surface: product pages, technical content, demo requests, and self-serve entry points.
• Own the events and field calendar, including industry conferences, customer roundtables, and webinars that reach buyers in regulated industries.
• Stand up marketing operations and reporting so every program carries a cost per opportunity and a clear signal on what to cut or scale.
• Partner with product and engineering on launches so new AI capabilities reach the market with a story customers actually understand.
About you
• 8+ years in B2B marketing, including 2+ years leading growth or demand generation, ideally taking a startup from early traction to repeatable pipeline.
• Track record of owning a pipeline number and hitting it, with the reporting to show how you got there.
• Experience marketing a technical product to a technical buyer. Exposure to hardware, aerospace, defense, automotive, or engineering software is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and the content and nurture programs they require.
• Strong writer who can turn complex engineering workflows into clear, credible copy without overclaiming.
• Analytical and self-sufficient with funnel data, experiment design, and attribution.
• Comfortable in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment where you scope your own work and ship it.
How we work & values
• Speed over everything: get campaigns live quickly, then harden and scale what works.
• Own, downscope, ship, iterate: one clear owner per program, from first idea to measured result.
• Fundamentals done well: measurement, attribution, and reporting are part of the first version, not an afterthought.
• Competitive salary and meaningful equity.
• Health, dental, and vision coverage.
• Flexible time off and support for experimentation, learning, and staying current with the AI ecosystem.
