What you bring
• Experience owning the technical implementation of business systems, technology products, or product portfolios within a Marketing Operations environment—ideally with hands-on experience addressing data governance, compliance frameworks, or system integration challenges at scale.
• Strong understanding of marketing data architecture, integrations, data models, and end-to-end marketing processes, with the ability to identify and articulate interconnected dependencies across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and data platforms.
• Experience leading or managing complex, multi-month technical initiatives involving cross-functional teams, with proven ability to break down ambiguous problems into executable roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with data quality, data retention policies, consent management, or regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA) in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to evaluate build vs. buy decisions and determine when capabilities should be delivered through configuration, automation, AI, custom development, or third-party technology—with experience executing these decisions in complex, multi-system environments.
• Excitement for and experience in using AI tools such as Claude Code to build tooling, automation, and processes.
• Excellent technical communication and stakeholder management skills—ability to translate technical complexity into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders, and align teams around a shared vision.
• Experience working with technologies commonly used across GTM, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, Qualified, APIs, integration platforms, and business intelligence tools.
• Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities.
• Writes and speaks fluent English.
• It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
