Position Summary:

The Category Manager is responsible for building, updating, and continuous maintenance of all Walmart US planograms. This role will report to the Senior Category Manager who will work in partnership to curate the most inclusive & productive assortment for the retailer. This role requires

Responsibilities:

• Daily work in JDA Space Planning Software

• Development and upkeep of weekly reports and tracking

• Identifying e.l.f. growth opportunities through data and analytics

• Ad hoc reporting and analytics that drive actionable insights

• Ability to use data-driven insights to make recommendations for planogram resets and present recommendations to retail partners

• Work collaboratively with customer space plannings team to execute resets

• Brief inline & off-shelf programs into Wrike & follow up on progress

• Work closely with Visual Merchandising team on fixture needs and customer reset execution

• Maintain the Canadian Product Libraries by season for all e.l.f. beauty brands

• Work cross functionally with VM, Innovation, Sales, Operations to ensure best-in-class reset execution

Requirements:

• Must be located in Greater Bentonville area with the ability to travel to the Walmart LOC regularly

• 2-5 years JDA Pro Space experience with proficiency

• Strongly prefer candidates with Cosmetics / White wall experience

• Microsoft office excel proficiency

• Detail oriented, ability to work on multiple projects at once

• Ability to work in a team or independently

• Passion for beauty

• Can do attitude

• Travel required
