We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Automation Tech Lead to lead the technical direction of our automation infrastructure and drive the adoption of scalable, reliable, and maintainable automation solutions.

The role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, architecture, and mentoring, working closely with QA, R&D, DevOps, and Product teams.

What you'll do:

• Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture of automation.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.

• Develop automated tests using Python and pytest.

• Integrate and maintain automation within CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins.

• Define automation best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.

• Improve automation stability, execution time, coverage, and maintainability.

• Lead debugging and root-cause analysis of complex automation and system issues.

• Mentor automation engineers and conduct code reviews.

• Collaborate with R&D to improve product testability and quality.

• Evaluate and introduce new technologies and approaches, including AI-based testing and automation.

What you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in QA, test automation, or software development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and pytest.

• Experience working with complex multidisciplinary systems and products across software, hardware, and networking domains.

• Experience with Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, REST APIs, networking, or distributed systems.

• Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD, preferably Jenkins.

• Experience with AI-assisted development or testing.

• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.

• Experience with API, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

• Ability to lead technical initiatives and influence teams without formal authority.

Education:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
